Virtual Assistant (client facing) | Part time | In Person or Virtual (Telecommute OK)

About YOU: You are highly productive, able to work as part of a team, diligent, and efficient. You're available part time (less than 25 hours per week) and can grow into a full time role. You love being a VA -- you breathe, sleep, and eat perfectly written emails, white-glove experiences, and customer service. You are a career Virtual Assistant -- this is what you were born to do. You love admin like Shaq loves his shoes. It is YOUR thing. You are diligent, you are dependable, and you get your stuff done when you say it will be done. Our clients and team can trust your word.

You'll be responsible for working with clients as a Virtual Assistant, under the direction of the CEO. You will be client-facing, communicating directly with the clients and with the rest of our team. You will be required to know/learn the kinds tasks we offer our clients. See those here. You have experience serving clients as a VA, and are looking for a team where you can flourish, without needing to find your own clients. 

You've got a great sense of humor, you're a team player, and you enjoy working with others. (This is not a lonely role!) You like building into a team and having a good time, for a long time. We like our people to stick around here! If you're a VA for the "time being", this is NOT the role for you. 

It's a good idea to apply if you love email, travel research, spreadsheets, document formatting, data entry, and blog maintenance. The perfect fit for this role is comfortable working without needing a manager/someone checking in a lot. We are not micromanagers here. If you need one, this is NOT the role for you.

This is a work-from-home position. If you are local to Phoenix, you can work in-person with the CEO as desired -- but not required! Or, you can work from home, anywhere in the US, in your pajamas. 

Flakies need not apply. We’re a team of recovering workaholics, and if you’re not fast-paced and driven, you will not keep up.


MUST HAVE:
3 years or more experience as an EA/VA
Located in the United States, AND possess ability to work legally in the United States
Native fluency in English
Expert proficiency in Asana - if you are not 100% comfortable, please do not apply.
Expert proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
Ability to sign NDA upon hiring (This keeps you and our clients safe.)
Ability to work part time. (Under 25 hours a week.)
You will be an independent contractor, not an employee.
High speed internet, and your own laptop/computer in good working condition.
